Some pictures of a belly-bursting roast dinner we had recently. It is a work in progress as far as recipes are concerned. A lot of it was trial and error, but I remember it all tasting wonderful in the end.
Parsnips roasted in a lime marinade, spicy cumin seed carrots, simple potatoes roasted in olive oil, broccoli with chilli and lemon, big fluffy home-made yorkshire puddings (there is a method on here for them from December 2008), and lashings of home-made red-current jelly gravy. Mmmmh...mmmh.
